Customer Submitted Artwork
Artwork must be submitted in CMYK format with sufficient resolution. Conversion from RGB is not the Company’s responsibility. Customers must ensure all submitted content is authorized.
Content License and Copyright
By submitting content, you grant the Company the right to use such content for production and promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified.
Overruns and Proofing
An overrun or underrun of up to 8% is considered acceptable. It is the customer’s responsibility to proof all files, especially when color accuracy is critical.
Payments
Accepted payment methods include credit cards and wire transfers. Invoices are due upon receipt. A 2% monthly fee may apply to balances over 30 days past due.
